Types of Therapy

Individual Therapy

The focus of our time will be spent discussing past and/or present issues hindering your ability to achieve optimal well-being.

Couples Therapy

Couples – dating, engaged, married, or divorcing – come to sessions together to identify, explore, and better understand/work through issues creating patterns of distress in your relationship.

Teletherapy

Also known as virtual therapy or telemental health, teletherapy offers a convenient and effective alternative to traditional in-office therapy. This option can be particularly beneficial if you live in a remote area, travel frequently, have a hectic schedule, or if you would not otherwise be able to get to an office setting due to limited mobility and/or caregiving responsibilities.
