Couples learn skills to empower each other to take a new stance and reconnect in a more transparent, loving, and wholesome way.

Based on the assessment results I provide between 4 and 8 follow-up sessions to help couples discuss and understand their results and practice new relationship skills.
With the whole family present in therapy, patterns of family interaction are explored to better understand the underlying issues that create tension and discord within the family unit. New methods for managing maladaptive behaviors and divisive communication are cultivated and practiced so that family members can establish a more effective, and enjoyable, way of being together.
Group members explore their individual and collective struggles with similar issues in a confidential, safe, and supportive environment.
